Build recruitment are pleased to be recruiting a diary Manager for a reputable energy saving, home insulation specialist. With a history of supplying superior quality products and customer service throughout the UK with some of the largest names and brands in the home energy sector.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Diary Manager to join their Cornwall office. You will responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with prospective customers, provide further information about their wide range of products and securing appointments from prequalified leads for their energy surveyors throughout the UK.

Experience:

  • You will have good level of computer literacy with the ability to use multiple systems at the same time
  • A confident telephone manner with good typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to self-motivate, be target driven and a have strong desire to succeed
