With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Maintenance Contractor, who are looking for a Repairs Manager based in Staines.
Day to Day:
- Manage a portfolio of properties
- To oversea 4 work streams and sub contractors
- To make sure the commercials of the contract are on target
- to ensure the KPIs are met.
