Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Excellent benefits package

I have an excellent opportunity for an experienced defects/aftercare manager to join one of the UK's leading modular build contractors who are looking to develop their team in their Central London offices (Farringdon). My client works within the Commercial, Educational, Student Accommodation, Hotel and Residential sectors delivering projects with valued between £1m - £30m with some key public and private sector clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Overseeing projects from date of practical completion through to obtaining the certificate of making good from the client's representative.
Interacting with the client on a one to one basis.
Taking receipt of defects and determining if legitimate or not.
Arranging and managing direct labour and sub-contractors to rectify defects and reporting back to the client when work is complete.
Minimum 3/5 years Defects/Aftercare Manager experience.
Snagging/Finishing experience in a managerial role
Good Reporting/Paperwork skills.
Strong communication skills especially client facing.
Travel to sites across the country may be required from time to time
