Job Title: Painter and Decorator

Location: Somerset

Salary: £28K plus van and fuel card

Build Recruitment are working on an exciting recruitment campaign with a housing association to recruit a number of positions in the Somerset area.

We are looking for a talented painter and decorator to join the planned maintenance and repairs team on a permanent basis.

Ideally you will be NVQ qualified in painting or have demonstratable time served experience. You will be experienced working across a variety of decorating works.

Experience working across the social housing sector would be an advantage but is not essential.

You will be required to undertake a DBS check and must have a valid driving licence.

Day to Day:

• Providing painting and decorating across planned works in domestic properties in Somerset.
• Working alone or as part of a small team
• Providing a friendly and professional service

Requirements:

• Full driving licence
• Level 2 NVQ or above in painting or time served experience
• A DBS check will be required
