Job: Data Analyst

Location: Aldershot

Start: ASAP

Pay: £35,000k Salary

Hours: 37.5 hours / 1 hour lunch

Experience

* Experience of Housing Repairs, Maintenance and Void preparation contracts is essential.

* Awareness of replacement asset costing and lifecycles.

* Proven track record in the management of performance reporting, data analysis and CAFM Systems. Good interpersonal and inuencing skills.
* Use of IBM Maximo is desirable or use of similar large-scale CAFM systems essential.

* Proven client facing skills with the condence to deal with people at all levels. Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team. Good communication, numeracy and presentation skills.

* Good written communication skills including report writing.

* A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
* Proven financial awareness.

Key Accountability's:

* Work with the wider team to create and design an industry leading reporting function for asset renewal and enhanced maintenance strategies.
* Using your knowledge of Asset Management, assist the CAFM Support team in improving their systems and processes to build an improved customer and user CAFM experience.
* Work with the Technical Management teams and projects to design and provide reports to the client on Forward Works and Lifecycle issues, identifying business criticality reports.
* Manage the APIs from different data sources to integrate and build reports utilising Power BI
* Enable reporting to support a consistent, positive and caring customer experience
* Develop regional reporting to provide daily, weekly and monthly internal, client and stakeholder reports
* Analyse performance across reactive, planned and void work types to provide valuable insight to the operations team
* Provide customer service data and analysis, providing improvement recommendations to enable effective use of customer feedback
* Review incoming reactive tasks and provide evaluation against contractual requirements
