Build Recruitment are currently working with a leading Housing provider in Kent to recruit for a Customer Service Team Leader.

Monday to Friday - 35 Hours


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of 15/17 Customer Service Officers
  • Provide data, information and reports as requested by the senior Managers
  • Managing the team’s rota and task management
  • Be responsible for the development of the Customer Service Officers by pro-actively training, 1:1s, team meetings, and quarterly appraisals.
  • Liaising with different teams to ensure all tenants have the best customer journey.Analysing the calls coming through to the call centre

Essential experience

  • Must have experience in the same or similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
