Build Recruitment are currently working with a leading Housing Associations in London to recruit for a Customer Service Team Leader.
2-3 month temporary contract – Immediate start
- Undertake management of allocated staff ensuring clear targets training needs agreed and regularly reviewed.
- Managing the contact centre team rota and task management
- Provide data, information and reports as requested by the Repairs and Maintenance Managers or senior Managers.
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in the same or similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
