Build Recruitment are currently working with a leading Housing Associations in London to recruit for a Customer Service Team Leader.  

2-3 month temporary contract – Immediate start

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake management of allocated staff ensuring clear targets training needs agreed and regularly reviewed.
  • Managing the contact centre team rota and task management
  • Provide data, information and reports as requested by the Repairs and Maintenance Managers or senior Managers.

Essential experience

  • Have at least 2 years’ experience in the same or similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
