Build Recruitment are currently working with a leading Housing Association in Essex to recruit for a Customer Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be managing the Contact Centre and you will be developing the online service, first call resolution, and social media.
  • Be responsible for the development of the Customer Service Officers by pro-actively training, 1:1s, team meetings, and quarterly appraisals.
  • Liaising with different teams to ensure all tenants have the best customer journey.

Essential experience

  • Experienced in managing a contact centre within Social Housing
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to improve and develop both personally and organisationally
