Customer Service Manager ( Social Housing )

Location: Hertford

Pay Rate: £19-20 per hour

Hours: Mon – Fri 8:00am – 17:00pm

I am currently looking for an experience Customer Service Manager to manage a call centre based in Hertford.

Duties:

  • Providing excellent customer service to social housing tenants via telephone
  • Ensuring residents receive high levels of customer service and satisfaction in every interaction
  • Using internal systems to raise repairs and carrying out inspections in person, by email and over the phone
  • Make sure repairs are logged and carried out as agreed
  • Deal with queries relating to tenancy matters, rent issues and complaints
  • Manage customer records and ensure customer requests are recorded, prioritised and ordered correctly
  • Deal with a number of internal stakeholders such as Community Services, HR, Finance, Housing, IT, Directors and Board Members
  • To provide administrative support by taking notes and maintaining spreadsheets

Essential experience:

  • Social Housing experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Customer Service Manager
  • Excellent communication skills
