Build Recruitment are currently working with a leading Housing Association in West London to recruit for a Customer Service Manager.
MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE
- You will be managing the Contact Centre and you will be developing the online service, first call resolution, and social media.
- Be responsible for the development of the Customer Service Officers by pro-actively training, 1:1s, team meetings, and quarterly appraisals.
- Liaising with different teams to ensure all tenants have the best customer journey.
- Analysing the calls coming through to the call centre
- Experienced in managing a contact centre within Social Housing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to improve and develop both personally and organisation
