Are you committed to putting customers first? My client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Ewell working on a Social Housing Contract.
You will need to be an excellent communicator with great attention to detail; calm and professional; able to manage a varied workload and have excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.
It is essential that you have previous experience of providing customer care, with the ability to manage multiple workloads.
Liaising with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
Updating systems accurately and quickly
Discuss any complaints, queries, questions from the customer providing response within a timely manner
Provide support and scheduling for sub-contractors and operatives
Must have a strong background in customer service
Will ideally have experience in social housing or Council
Excellent telephone manner
Competent with Outlook and Office
