Sales Coordinator – Residential New Build Properties

St Austell

Day to day:

• Working with the whole team to deliver great customer service to potential customers
• Liaise with Solicitors, estate Agents etc on a daily basis
• Support the Senior Sales & Marketing Coordinator on various tasks
• To be expected to work occasional evenings and weekends, when required to implement open days and launch weekends
• To report into project, build-sales and sales meetings for responsible schemes
• Maintain and promote company Health and Safety standards

Requirements:

• Experience working in a simular role either in estate agency or new build (preferable)
• Good customer service skills
• Previous experience in a similar position is highly desirable
• Good telephone manner
• Able to work as part of a team
• Driving licence to get to various sites
• Good IT knowledge e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook
• Knowledge and understanding of how the legal conveyancing and property sales progression works
