I am Recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor for a Social Housing organisation based out of Surrey. Required to provide customer service and administrative support to housing management and corporate management functions. The role is split whereby you will be taking general calls along with providing admin duties for maintenance contracts.
To provide a responsive, welcoming and accessible reception service to all residents and other visitors to Head Office
To provide a first point of contact service for web based, written and telephone enquiries adopting a 'one stop' approach.
To provide advice, guidance and signposting in response to customer enquiries
To work closely with other housing management colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of service and prevent complaint escalation.
To act as the key point of contact for contractors and residents, dealing with all routine enquires and repairs
To deliver an excellent customer service to residents dealing with their queries and concerns regarding repairs, adaptations and improvements
To issue works orders and monitor the progress and quality of works, liaising with contractors to ensure work is completed to agreed standards
To respond to customer complaints and monitor resident satisfaction, providing regular reports as required
To work with the Asset Manager to produce and monitor relevant KPIs
To assist the Asset Manager to monitor the team's budget and manage all expenditure, processing invoices within agreed authorisation levels
