Customer Service Advisor - North Somerset
Our client a Housing Association, are looking for a customer service advisor to join their compliance team on a fixed term basis. The role is to ensure the housing stock stays compliant, using the daily alerts and booking in the relevant compliance checks across the organisation.
The successful candidate will need to have worked in a customer service in a previous role, responsiblities involve making outgoing calls to tenants to book in appointments. Applicants will need to be computer literate, have the ability to communicate successfully with a wide range of organisations and people, professional communication, both oral and written and able to give high levels of customer service.
Experience of working in a social housing related environment would be beneficial although not essential, construction or maitnenance experienc would also be beneficial. Training on the inhouse computer system will be provided.
The office hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm - there will be an option of flexible working, so you can do 1-2 days per week at home to start with. You will need to be able to attend the office 5 day for the first 4 weeks.
This contract is to start on Monday 13th September until March 2022 with a review to be extended to a permanent role.
