The Company:

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a local housing association, who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator based in Bodmin.

Our client a social housing landlord is looking for an experience administrator who has excellent communication skills to liaise with tenants and gather information around social housing properties.

Day to Day:

  •      Liaise with customers face to face and over the phone
  •      General admin, inputting information into inhouse systems
  •      Sending correspondence out to customers and third parties
  •      Collating file documentation

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  •      IT literate ideally using Microsoft programmes
  •      Confident communicator
  •      Good at gathering information
  •      Good attention to detail
