Our client, a leading legal advisory body based in the heart of the City, are recruiting for a Corporate receptionist to join their Facilities team to cover a 12 month maternity contract. They are looking for a candidate with exceptional customer service skills, preferably someone who has worked within a busy environment and who is happy to deal with clients face to face.

Day to day duties:

  • Meet and greet clients accordingly offering a high level of customer service, polite and helpful
  • Answer and direct all incoming telephone queries
  • Cover the switchboard when necessary
  • Take charge of post/ deliveries
  • Prepare meeting rooms and follow up after meetings to ensure that conference rooms are cleared
  • Perform additional administrative tasks advised by Line manager
  • Data input - update spreadsheets accordingly with relative information


Experience / Skills required:

  • 1 -2 years working as a Receptionist
  • Can work well under pressure
  • Punctual and professional
  • Client facing with strong communication skills
  • Good understanding of all Word Packages
