The Role is starting Monday 25 th July until the end of August.

This Role requires an immediate start.

This role is avalible due to Covering Holiday, therefore temporary.

Monday - Friday

08:30 - 16:30 OR 09:30 - 17:30

At Build Recruitment we are currently recruiting for a temporary Reception Manager, Corporate Receptionist. Our client is one of the Largest global pure play consultancy firms, who partners themselves with the some of the world's leading organizations to create innovative solutions to the sustainability challenges, both present and future.

The Receptionist role has required primary duties consisting of:

  • Key Management of the Reception, waiting areas and meeting rooms to ensure that their appearance and functionality are maintained for all day-to-day tasks, meetings and
  • Providing all guests and staff with a professional, friendly welcome.
  • Collaborating with the Admin team and appropriate Personal Assistants to ensure meeting rooms are set up in advance, including arrangement and catering.
  • Ensuring that all external visitors are accommodated, offered refreshments and shown to their meeting rooms.
  • Managing the switchboard, answering all calls and directing queries to the appropriate staff.
  • Working with the Facilities team to develop and improve existing systems and processes, allowing for a consistent expert level of service.
  • Working with other 'Front of House' staff to ensure the reception is organized and clutter free.

Being that the role of a Reception Manager, Corporate Receptionist is based in their office near Liverpool Street Station this job has straightforward travel options and is centralized.

Attributes of the ideal candidate:

  • Excellent experience working as a Senior Corporate Receptionist within a global organisation with the ability to demonstrate having previously worked in a solo Corporate Reception role
  • Ability recognise the importance of providing an exceptional level of customer service to all, alongside the capability to work effectively, liaise and communicate with executives and clients at all levels in a professional manner
  • A polished and professional individual with a passion for Reception and customer service who possesses excellent time management skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment whilst remaining organised and well-presented
  • Aptitude to work effectively across cultures and organisational levels; gains confidence and trust of others whilst possessing self-motivation and a desire to provide a first class service
  • Excellent telephone manner; a personable, positive and flexible attitude
