Contracts Manager – Soft Services


Start ASAP – Permanent contract

The Company:

With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Facilities Management contractor, who are looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee soft services based in Cornwall.

Our client oversees a multimillion-pound facilities management contract across Cornwall and is looking for a Contracts Manager to deliver their soft services. You will need to have previous experience of facilities management, specifically in soft services.

Day to Day:

  •      Lead and management a team over multi-site locations
  •      Lead a scheduling team, managing daily delivery
  •      Weekly, monthly reporting on contract progress
  •      Review contracts, drive KPIs in line with SLA
  •      Maintain and develop the client relationship
  •      Manage contractors and directly employed staff teams

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  •      Experience in leading a soft service facility
  •      Level 3 in management
  •      IOSHH certified
  •      Experienced people manager
  •      Experience of using a CRM system
  •      Excellent written, communication and negotiation skills
  •      Good financial acumen
  •      Full Driving licence


  •      Flexible working across various locations and offices
  •      Permanent 40hour week contract
