We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently looking for a Contracts Manager with Void & Repairs experience for a leading Social Housing contractor.
A leading Social Housing contractor who operates in North Yorkshire are currently looking for a Contract Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing the teams refurbishment activities including contract administration, financial monitoring and delivery of business targets.
- Management of void & repairs contractors to ensure performance is in line with KPI and contractual obligations
- Monitoring, measuring, and comparing performance of in house and external contractors taking corrective actions where required to address performance issues in a proactive manner and to ensure all compliance requirements are met
- Monitoring service delivery against all areas of customer satisfaction, Contract KPI's & Housing Management targets. Investigate & monitor complaints and members enquiries and ensure learning from such
- Planning and implement customer consultation exercises in conjunction with partners to ensure customer needs are identified and implemented by service providers.
