My client are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to supplement their senior management team in the construction arm of their Social Housing Business.

They are looking for a successful and proven candidate to take control of 2 - 3 new contracts and head up teams of Project and Site Managers.

The role will include pre-construction duties, client liaison and ultimate delivery of projects with site teams.

They are looking for a candidate with a strong track record of delivering new build schemes within the residential sector, either affordable or private sale housing to budget and on time. You will already be established as a Contracts Manager and be seeking to join a reputable business with an exciting growth plan.
