We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Regional Contractor, who are looking for a Contracts Manager based in West Cornwall.

Our client, a Regional Contractor, specialising in refurb and maintenance on mainly public sector properties, are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis.  Ideally applicants will have general refurb and painting experience. 

Day to Day:

  •      Management of existing contracts – Painting and refurbishment
  •      Working with the commercial team
  •      Site visits, toolbox talks, client liaison
  •      Management of teams of trades on site

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  •      SMSTS/ SSSTS – people management experience
  •      Experience of CDM, building regulations
  •      Strong communications and written skills – computer literate
