We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and we are working with a Leading Contractor, who are currently looking for a Contracts Manager.

 

The Role:

Working closely with the Senior Management, you will manage the day to day operation of the contract and have overall responsibility for tenant and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have previous social housing refurbishment experience, ideally dealing with responsive repairs.

Day to Day:

  • Managing a social housing responsive repairs contract
  • Providing outstanding customer service and support to clients
  • Management and organisation of the procurement of materials, plant and labour in line with the scheduled project plan
  • Providing accurate information to enable subcontractor payments to be made
  • Monitoring, controlling, analysing and reporting on project costs
  • Quality Control
  • Ensuring a safety-first onsite culture

This is initially a temporary contract for around 6 months however does have the potential of turning permanent.
