We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Maintenance and Refurbishment contractor, who are looking for a Contracts Manager based in Bristol.

Build recruitment are working in partnership with a contractor based in Bristol, with ongoing refurb and maintenance contract work.  We are looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee and progress work, managing a team of Supervisors and trades carrying out work.

Day to Day:

  •      Management of day-to-day refurb & maintenance work
  •      Project management across schools, housing, and commercial refurb
  •      People management, programme of works
  •      Recruitment, HR
  •      Toolbox talks, site meetings and contract reviews
  •      Working with the management teams to source materials for site

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  •      SMSTS or SSSTS
  •      Experience of sub-contractor management
  •      Experience of managing multiple contracts


  •      Full time permanent role
  •      Car or car allowance on offer
  •      Work located in and around the Bristol area
