We supply candidates from operative to executive level, and are currently working with a social housing provider, who are looking for a Contracts Supervisor to cover repairs work in the Dorset area.

Day to Day:

This role is to lead the day to day management of trades in Dorset, carrying out repairs to housing association properties in the Dorset area.  Ideally you will have experience of leading a team in this sector.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Experienced Team Leader/ Supervisor of trades
• Good knowledge of general building and repairs on social housing properties
• Experience of working in the social housing sector
• Good building and technical background
• Ability to assess and inspect the condition of a property
• Ability to report on property maintenance and defects
