The Company:

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Contractor, who are looking for a Contracts Supervisor based in the Liskeard/ Saltash areas.

Our client has won a contract to complete M&E refurbishment works on schools in Cornwall. Starting in July for around 6-8weeks.

Day to Day:

  •      Day to day supervision on site
  •      Client contact, site meetings
  •      Arrangement of materials on site
  •      Checking quality of work
  •      Ensuring work is completed on time, within programme agreed

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  •      SSSTS or SMSTS essential
  •      M&E technical background
  •      Understanding of running school maintenance programme is beneficial
  •      Management of teams on site essential
  •      Health & safety and risk assessment clear understanding essential
