Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be highly skilled and experienced at managing contracts and contractors and have experience of delivering day to day repairs service and planned maintenance and improvement programmes. 

My client are looking for a candidate with a track record of providing effective contract management, service delivery leadership and organise the workload and deployment of resources.

This is a great opportunity for an initial 6 month fix term contract.
