The Company

I’m recruiting on behalf of a market leading M&E maintenance service provider. They’re globally renowned and operate across multiple industries; the public sector, corporate environments, healthcare, property and more. They continue to grow and are renowned for providing a first-class service by investing in their employees, with a focus on career progression.

The Role

My client is seeking a Contract Manager within the building maintenance/facilities sector. The successful candidate will take charge of a new build campus in the heart of London, leading a team of engineers, providing hard services to the multi-tenanted site and reporting to a key managing agent. You’ll have full responsibility for a P&L of approximately £2m. It’s a fantastic opportunity for ambitious Contract Managers with clear career goals, due to the path to progression, and the culture at the company of training their staff and promoting internally.

Required Attributes:

  • 3 or more years’ experience in a managerial position within building services.
  • Relevant engineering qualifications.
  • Experience managing a team of at least 5.
  • Experience in managing a P&L budget.


You will be joining a market leading company that provides a clear path to progression.

Depending on experience, the salary will be between £50,000 and £55,000.

The position comes with a generous package, including either a car or car allowance.
