Contract Manager – Fire Protection
Job Type: Full Time / Permanent
Location: North West
Salary: £45,000 + Company Car + Bonus

About this role:

I am currently recruiting for a FRA Contracts Manager to work for one of the UK leaders in Passive Fire protection companies. Their division has been very successful over the past couple of years and they are producing some exciting financial results with some excellent year on year growth forecast again for the new financial year.

Due to multiple partnership wins and expansions of their delivery team they are looking at hiring a Contracts Manager to head up one of their sub-divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

You will need to communicate very well with team members and clients and maintain this whilst overseeing multiple contracts with a mix of directly employed operatives and subcontractors. You will be required to work closely with the Divisional Manager and will be responsible for the minor works pre-pricing, planning, programming, Health and safety, Compliance, delivery, success and finances on all the projects you oversee or manage.

Knowledge / Experience:

  • Be in a similar role elsewhere with experience of managing fire protection contracts.
  • Be able to use MS packages such as Excel & word.
  • Have a passion for furthering your knowledge within the fire regulations and passive fire industry.
  • Have a full clean Driving Licence.
