Build Recruitment have a permanent opportunity for a Customer Service/ Repairs Manager Manager to join a team in the Bristol area. Responsible for managing a repairs and maintenance contract and team within the Social Housing sector.
Applicants will need to have social housing experience, ideally managing the day to day coordinating and contract requirements with clients on a repairs and maiontenance contract.
You will need to have excellent customer service experience, as the point of contact between the end client and engineers out in the field. This role is responsible for the direct line management of 2 schedulers and around 8 Engineers.
You are the first point of contact with clients, taking jobs in, management of engineers, quoting from schedule of rates and processing jobs on the system.
We are looking for someone with lots of energy, who is looking to take that 'next step' - someone who is quick to learn, excellent customer service experience and looking to develop their career.
It would be beneficial if you have an understandin around trade/ building work.
Whilst in the current pandemic situation this role will be office based, although as restrictions are lifted you will have the opportunity to meet with clients, grow relationships and the business.
