Contract Coordinator role based in Bloomsbury. This role is for an immediate start working within the Facilities team at a University.
Reporting to General Manager/Operations Manager
To manage the administration for the contract including purchase orders and Maximo support and managing work orders
To manage the Helpdesk team receiving calls, emails and walk in visitors, logging service requests on the FM work management system, booking resources (meeting rooms, hospitality, visitors) and responding to queries.
Provide administrative support to the onsite teams and managers
To ensure delivery of consistently high standards of customer service, presenting a professional and polite image to all customers.
To assist in the preparation of reports and documents as required.
Manage staff performance, attendance and development for the Helpdesk team
Working hours are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, from 08.00 to 17.00
Office Management skills and previous experience are essential
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Good IT skills are essential
Attention to details and highly organised
Financially and commercially astute
Well organised and able to prioritise with flexible approach to duties within the JD
