We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently looking for a Compliance Surveyor (Fire & Asbestos) for a leading Social Housing provider.
Build Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Compliance Surveyor to work closely with the Associations Compliance Manager and Fire Safety Manager.
In this role you will be ensuring remedial actions identified through compliance related risk assessment, inspection, servicing and testing are identified and delivered to ensure the delivery of a value for money quality service to our customers.
To succeed you'll have a Construction related degree or HND, or equivalent in a construction based discipline together with a proven track record in managing landlord surveying compliance projects. You will also need Nebosh Fire Certificate or equivalent. With a keen interest in compliance you'll be influential, a great communicator and driven.
