We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently looking for a Compliance Manager to join an ambitious community interest company.

 

The Role

The successful candidate will play a critical role in the growth of the organisations plan to expand their housing stock to 10,000 by 2024. You will join an ever-growing team responsible for all Facilities Management/Asset Managment and Compliance activities. You will report directly into the Head of Facilities Management but work collaboratively with the wider teams providing support when required.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Scheduling, reviewing and issuing Compliance certification and works across Private, Social and Void property portfolio
  • Managing administration and effective recording of Compliances
  • Liaising with Contractors, ensuring access criteria and tenant awareness of compliance visits
  • Assistance and involvement within HMO Licensing process

They are ideally looking for a candidate who has worked for a Housing Association and has a background in managing contracts in repairs and maintenance.
