Compliance Administrator – Social Housing (Perm)
Hours: 8:00am – 17:00pm (1 hour lunch)
One of my social housing clients are looking for a compliance Administrator to join their team in East London.
About the Compliance Administrator The main duty of the Compliance Administrator will be to ensure that procedures such as Health and Safety are being complied with, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and colleagues.
Key duties of the Compliance Administrator will include:
- Ensuring monthly audits are undertaken to check policies are being properly implemented for each site - Carrying out Health and Safety risk assessments and considering how risks could be reduced - Attending in-house training with managers and employees about Health and Safety risks - Ensuring branches / employees have all the relevant licences in place and these are updated.
This role is largely an administration role and be confident in all aspects of administration.
Key Skills and Experience: - A minimum of two years' experience in a similar compliance role - Strong organisational and communication skills - Experience delivering presentations and training to groups of people - Intermediate Excel and Word skills - Knowledge of RAMS & Method statements - Knowledge of POWRAS (Point of work risk assessments) - Experience in writing internal policies. - Health and Safety trained
This role is within social housing repairs and maintenance and ideally you will have an understanding of the sector or have worked within a similar capacity.
