Build Recruitment are currently working with a leading Housing provider in London to recruit for a Complaints Officer.
- Dealing with tenant’s complaints via telephone and email to coordinate, investigate and resolve the complaint.
- Liaising with different teams across the organization to pro-actively identify solutions to resolve the complaints.
- Provide a proactive approach to policy implementation and keep up to date with legislative changes
- Must have experience as a Complaints Officer and have a background in Repairs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
