Complaints Handler

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Salary: £22-24K

Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm

I am looking for an experienced complaints handler to work for a leading construction company based in Hemel Hempstead. You will need to be able to understand fully your customers’ needs, identifying and working to remove pain points, and always doing what you say you will.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Booking repairs with the engineers
  • Typing up letters to residents
  • Diary management
  • General admin

The ideal candidate will come from a responsive repairs background and have experience in dealing with complaints. You must be highly organised with excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
