An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager for a market leading housing maintenance contractor. The position is to lead the Commercial function across a number of R&M and Asset Management contracts currently worth in excess of £20m with ambitious plans for further growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Managing a large team of QS's
CVR's
P&L's
Final Accounts
Subcontractor Management
Budgets
Measurements and Valuations

We are looking for a commercial professional from the sector who ideally has extensive experience leading a large contract or numerous contracts at any one time and a solid technical understanding of PPP/PPV, SOR, Partnering and Framework arrangements.
