Build recruitment are working with a local housing provider to source an experienced assistant to work alongside the Commercial Manager.
Working within the maintenance team, dealing with processing jobs, pricing and raising invoices. This team oversees financials of the repairs and maintnenance process. Raising jobs on an inhouse repairs system. Understanding around a a schedule of rates would be beneficial to allocate a price to a job.
Applicants must be computer literate, organised and good at working under pressure. Ideally previous experience of working for a housing association or a contractor who manages a maintenance contract. This role would suit a finance assistant, somoene who is good with numbers.
This is a full time temporary to permanent job to start ASAP.
