£40k - Home Working with travel to sites across the South East

My client is a large national housing provider who are looking to recruit a Clerk of Works into their Development team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities;

Inspections
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Monitoring progress
Snagging
Report writing
Client meetings

Successful Clerk of Works;

ICWCI Member
Ideally HNC or Construction accreditation
Strong construction knowledge
Building regulation knowledge
