Job Title: Multi Trade Operative- Carpenter

Location: Yeovil

up to £20 per hour

The Company:

Build Recruitment are currently working with a Property Maintenance contractor, who are looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade in Yeovil

This role is offered on a 3 month temp to perm arrangement (month temporary contract before moving to a permanent role). Up to £20 per hour for the right candidate.

Ideal candidate will have their own vehicle and tools, and a company van and fuel card can be provided once the permanent role starts.

The job involves providing a general responsive repairs service across a range of social housing properties within Yeovil and the surrounding area.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

Own vehicle and tools
Previous experience in a similar role. Excellent carpentry skills, plus able to provide basic plumbing, painting, decorating etc.
All offers subject to a clear DBS check
