Job Title: Multi Trade Operative- Carpenter

Location: Exeter, Newton Abbot, Torbay

3 month temp contract. Up to £19 per hour

The Company:

Build Recruitment are currently working with a Property Maintenance contractor, who are looking for a Carpenters Multi Trade in Exeter.

This role would suit an experienced carpenter multi trade who is looking to secure a 3-month temporary contract, starting in January 2023.

The company provides specialist maintenance services across a range of domestic and commercial projects in the Exeter area.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Own vehicle and tools
• Previous experience in a similar role. Excellent carpentry skills, plus able to provide basic plumbing, painting, decorating etc.
• UTR number- happy to be paid via an umbrella company.
• All offers subject to a clear DBS check
