Job Title: Carpenter Multi Trade

Location: Bristol and North Somerset

Up to £30,000 per annum/ £14.64 per hour

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Property Maintenance Group, who are looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade based in Bristol to cover Bristol to North Somerset.

The role involves working in void properties and empty homes to bring back up to standard, and may also involve some bathroom and kitchen fitting. Our ideal candidate will have a strong carpentry bias but also be able to patch plaster, tile and have basic plumbing skills also.

This role is initially offered on a 12 week temp to permanent basis, with an annual salary of £30,000. A van and fuel card will be provided for all permanent job offers.

Day to Day:

• Void and empty properties

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Full driving licence
• Own van and tools
