Job Title: Carpenter

Location: Exeter

Permanent position. Up to £16 per hour + van + fuel card

The Company:

Build Recruitment are working exclusively with a Property Maintenance and Refurbishment contractor, who are looking for a carpenter with multi trade skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced multi trade / carpenter to join a local company with an excellent reputation on a permanent basis.

You'll need to be skilled in a variety of trades (carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, outdoor maintenance) and be able to work alone or as part of a team.

Ideal candidates with have previous experience in the social housing sector and be confident at kitchen fitting, responsive repairs and maintenance and fitting of fire doors.

Day to Day:

• Planned refurbishment and improvements to housing association properties.
• Ability to work in a timely, efficient manner

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Full driving licence
• Previous experience in a similar role
