Build Recruitment are working with a leading public sector estate owner/occupier based in the Midlands to source a 2 Capital Project Managers: £45k - £51k + excellent benefits.
Following an exciting and ambitious period of change, the Project Manager roles have been created to strengthen the team to deliver minor works, as well as LTM and major capital projects.
Reporting to the Director of Projects, the Project Managers will be responsible for multiple "inception to completion" projects across all of the RIBA stages. Typical projects range in value from £250k - £5m with the potential to work on Major Projects of £10m+.
Taking ownership of a specific portfolio of projects, the Project Managers will be responsible for appointing and managing teams of consultants as well as being required to take design briefs and other technical works that are associated with the planning and execution of projects.
It is essential that applicants have:
A minimum HND level qualification in a Building/Civil Engineering or Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent experience
Experience of JCT D&B
Experience of delivering Minor, Major and LTM projects
