We are in the business of helping the country to build new homes while working in homes in need of upgrading, and currently have an opportunity for a Call Handler / Customer Service Operative to join our busy contact centre based out of our Thame office.
As a Call Handler / Customer Service Operative you will spend your day assisting residents with their repair issues, answering calls and booking appointments for our operatives to visit their properties and undertake works (plumbing issues, electrical faults etc). This will include:
- Answer incoming calls from residents with regards to repairs issues
- Understanding and diagnosing repair requests
- Managing incoming repairs inbox and allocating repairs works appropriately
- Scheduling work for operatives to attend properties and undertake works
To be a successful Call Handler / Customer Service Operative, you will be a strong communicator with a great telephone manner and a genuine desire to help people on a daily basis. You will have good attention to detail and preferably have prior experience of working in a customer service environment, whether this is in a contact centre or face to face (i.e. retail / hospitality). The main thing for us is that you have a positive can-do attitude and are a great team player.
