Call Handler / Customer Service
Location: Kingston - Can offer Hybrid once fully trained
Hours: PART TIME - Monday- Friday 1pm-5pm
Contract: Permenant

My client is looking for Call Handlers to join their team, working within their call centre on a part time, permanent basis.

Additional hours are available to help cover holidays and sickness.

Responsibilities:

  • Call handling- speaking with tenants, contractors and operatives and ensuring their calls are passed on to relevant persons.
  • Emailing-  in regards to queries and repair requests.
  • Diary Management- ensuring that work is completed to set deadlines.
  • Administration- emailing tenants, data logging, dealing with requests on email and by post, updating information on internal databases, filing, scanning and sending letters.
  • Monitoring the repairs mailbox so candidates will need to be familiar with the basics of Outlook.
  • Call handling skills and delivering excellent customer service at all times

Ideally, you need to have experience within a busy call centre environment and within the social housing sector.

Training wil be provided in the office (Kingston Upton Thames) - However, once fully trained, remote/hybrid working can be offered.
