Call Operative Administrator (Repairs and Maintenance)

As a Call Operative you will be situated in the Contact Centre with a vibrant team of 12, providing a front line customer service on a daily basis.
Tenants within social housing properties will call in to report the repairs and maintenance issues they have. You will input the repair job into the system, which will then be allocated to the correct engineer's.
A few important points are listed below, of what is required of you on a day to day basis:
- Hours 8:00am 17:00pm, Monday Friday with 1 hour lunch
- Contact/Call Centre environment experience (social housing or facilities industry experience is a desirable)
- Must be able to handle a high volume of calls daily (approx 50 per day)
- Manage minor complaints
- Liaise with the operatives when allocating them repair jobs
