Our client who has an impressive programme of works and client base is keen to talk to a entusiastic Business Administrator who can supply support to a Project Manager. My client is one of the best in its industry and if you are a keen Administrator who would be excited to join an experienced team one based in Plymouth this could be the job for you.
About your new Role:
Based at the dockyard in Plymouth this role will be 7.30- 4pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 7.30- 12 noon. The duties are as below:-
- Working alongside the Project Manager
- Assisting with timesheets, purchase orders, invoicing.
- Liasing with suppliers, any recruiting, admin duties and ordering
- Assisting with any bookings for confrences, exhbitions and business meetings.
- Commercial Administration
