Are you a Building Surveyor looking for a new adventure? Then Build Recruitment may have a homebased and be required to travel throughout London on a callout basis delivering effective delivery repairs, investments new exciting role for you, working for one of England's largest housing associations.

As a Building Surveyor you will be delivering effective delivery repairs and inspection activities to individual locations.
Day to Day:
~Leading and managing delivery of property investment
~Ensure properties are kept in good condition within property strategy targets
~To undertake regular inspections such as Stock Condition surveys, MOT surveys and Asbestos reinspection's
~Ensure compliance with commercial and contract management arrangements
~Ensure robust financial forecasting, processing of valuations and contract instructions
~To analyse performance of properties to recommend future investment, and repair planning for your portfolio
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
~To have a minimum 3 years' experience of managing property activities in housing
~Proven experience working within social housing maintenance and planned investment sector, contractor side and/or client side.
~To interpret operational data to inform service delivery planning within the property portfolio
~Hold significant experience of building pathology within a housing environment
~Working towards MRICS or MCIOB status (Desirable)
~Hold UK Driving licence
~Car Allowance and mileage reimbursement
~Call out from your home
