Total Facilities Manager

An excellent role has come up for a Total Facilities Manager within a council. The Total Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing all hard and soft services, as well as contracts within the building. This is a very exciting role with P&L responsibilities and management of staff and contractors.


·        Lead and work with stakeholders including residents, external partners and contractors

·        Reviewing existing processes with the intention of improving efficiency and providing value for money

·        Deliver day to day management of hard services including PPM and reactives

·        The Total Facilities Manager will be responsible for the delivery of all soft services including managing contracts and on site staff

·        Ensure health and safety standards are sufficient and in line with current regulation

Skills and Experiences

·        Experience of managing soft and hard facilities management

·        Managing of hard services engineers and contractors

·        The Total Facilities Manager will need PPM and reactive experience

·        Health and safety knowledge/experience in a corporate environment

·        Excellent interpersonal skills

·        CAFM operation/management experience

·        BMS operation/management experience


·        NEBOSH or IOSH

·        Hard or Soft Facilities Management Qualification
