Build Recruitment are working with a leading public sector estate owner/occupier based in the Midlands to source a Building Maintenance Surveyor: £45k - £51k + excellent benefits.

Reporting to the Head of Maintenance, the Building Maintenance Surveyor will be responsible for managing a variety of installation and maintenance projects ranging in value; £300k - £5m.

The Building Maintenance Surveyor will also be responsible for stakeholder management and engagement across the internal Project Management and Engineering Teams as well as external consultants and contractors ensuring that the LTM programme runs smoothly.

About you:

It is essential that applicants have:

Experience of engineering and building schematic drawings (reading and interpreting)
A degree in Building Surveying or equivalent experience.
Experience of delivering Minor, Major and LTM projects
Experience of CAFM systems
NEBOSH
