Our client a Regional contractor is looking to recruit a Branch Manager for their Cornwall office.  Their business is mainly supported by the public sector with some additional private sector clients and a secondary business within the patch.

We are looking for a Branch Manager to join them on a permanent basis.  The role will be to oversee and lead the Cornwall business, managing new and existing contracts. This is a client facing role, reviewing contracts, developing new contracts and dealing with monthly reviews ensuring the contracts are being fulfilled.

Applicants will need to come from a construction background holding an SMSTS certificate and have an understanding of maintenance and repairs on domestic properties. An understanding of programming, monitoring budgets and people management is essential.  Experience of managing public sector/ social housing contracts would be beneficial.
